ktsowensthomas is a leading graduate trainer of accounting and tax professionals in Wales. To maintain the highest standards of training, we hold Platinum training status with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and we are an accredited employer with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

We recognize the need to support, nurture and provide an excellent framework of training. This is why we ensure each graduate has a personal mentor so they receive the very best in accountancy training. The allocated mentor reviews their work on a regular basis giving constructive feedback and making sure they receive the wide spectrum of training in all areas of accountancy. We are large enough to provide secondments to other departments guaranteeing first class knowledge and understanding of practice.

Training is not just provided for our graduates. ktsowensthomas is committed to supporting and encouraging the career and professional development of all our people. We work closely with individuals to jointly manage their career aspirations ultimately including a personal training plan which is planned, managed and monitored through a coordinated training structure. The training is assessed annually and on a subsequent bi-annual basis to ensure the individual needs are being met to ensure maximum potential is achieved for all staff. A number of our team have undertaken management training courses to ensure they are equipped to lead and manage once they have attained their technical qualifications.
