Experience and expertise

Carol has over 20 years professional audit and accountancy experience, ten of which were spent at one of the big four international accounting firms, before joining ktsowensthomas in 2006.

An audit specialist, Carol has considerable global and UK external and internal audit experience gained through working on significant global organisations abroad and in the UK.

With solid practical experience in corporate reporting under international and local requirements, Carol advises across a spectrum of businesses between listed plcs and locally owned corporates and across a wide range of industries and services. Her experience also includes the provision of internal audit and consultancy services in both the private and public sectors and outsourced FD services to significant SME businesses.

Education

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Cardiff University, Carol is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an affiliate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in UK and Ireland.
