Welsh accountants join London Welsh Business Club

Ktsowensthomas is the latest company to join the recently formed London Welsh Business Club, which provides business development opportunities in London for Welsh businesses.

The independent accountants, taxation and business advisors based in South Wales, is the first company in its sector to sign up to the business club, which officially opened its doors to new members in Cardiff back in May.

Director of ktsowensthomas, Craig Blackmore, said:

“For a number of companies across Wales, it’s a daunting prospect making that leap into London; small fish big pond metaphor springs to mind. However, becoming part of a club with such a prestigious history and well-respected reputation across the world - with legends of the game John Taylor and John Dawes still heavily involved in the daily running of the club - it has already made it that much easier for us to get in front of the right people, which is half the battle.”

"Besides providing compliance and specialised accounting and tax solutions, we also deliver outsourcing solutions.  The technology we use means that our outsourcing team can provide businesses with a completely outsourced finance department from our Cardiff base - helping us deliver favourable rates against our London competition."

With their London Welsh Business Club membership, companies receive a range of other benefits such as tickets to Twickenham internationals with hospitality, use of private function space, facilitated networking, branding opportunities and direct marketing support. A limited number of the current batch of memberships are available, with ‘sector’ categories still open on a first come, first served basis.

Founder of the London Welsh Business Club and group marketing director of Acorn, Dan Langford, said:

“We are delighted to welcome ktsowensthomas as our latest member. The Business Club is a unique platform for companies across Wales to position themselves within the London business scene, develop new contacts and drive new business opportunities. Ktsowensthomas joins a host of other reputable businesses already involved with London Welsh, and we’re currently talking to a number of other companies that have also expressed an interest in joining.

“It’s exciting times at London Welsh and together with the other members, ktsowensthomas will play its part in helping to propel the team back to the top flight of English rugby.”
