Our client Invacare is a South Wales company and market leading manufacturer of mobility, home-care, long-term care and acute equipment. Employing over 250 people, the company provides the UK healthcare market with a range of products and services from wheelchairs, scooters, beds, bathing aids, support surfaces, seating and positioning and respiratory products.
Invacare approached us in 2014 following some recent staff changes in their payroll department. They wanted to alleviate the administrative and additional cost burden of operating an in-house payroll function.
